The 21st Congressional District race is a satirical project of The Cincinnati 9/12 Project. The goal of this Congressional Race is to bring attention to the lack of federal ethics and financial oversight of taxpayer and borrowed money. In addition the Cincinnati 9/12 Project will utilize this forum to discuss ongoing legislation and discussions in Congress and around the world.
